Finplace is a credit marketplace that connects businesses with financial institutions, facilitating easy and practical access to credit for investment and business expansion. For this project, I focused on enhancing the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) by developing a seamless chat functionality that enables intuitive and direct communication between credit operators and businesses. The design process involved extensive user research, wireframing, and prototyping to ensure that the chat interface was both user-friendly and visually appealing.
In addition to the chat feature, I integrated scheduling and video call capabilities, allowing users to effortlessly schedule and conduct meetings directly within the platform, similar to applications like Zoom and Google Meet. By incorporating responsive design principles and ensuring a cohesive visual design language, I created a consistent and engaging user journey. This comprehensive communication suite not only improves user engagement but also streamlines the process of obtaining and managing credit, ultimately contributing to a more efficient and satisfying user experience.
